This package contains implementations of various control theory methods for use in brain and psychological networks. Contains controllability statistics, optimal control algorithms, and various utilities.

If you are reading this on Github, you are likely looking at the development repo. Feel free to install this, but be warned, the stability of the development version cannot be guarenteed.

To install a stable version:

install.packages('netcontrol')
